A Quality-Focused Individual with more than 9 years’ experience in the Construction Industry in Site & Quality Management, Inspection, and Supervision of High-End Finishing & structural work Projects such as High-Rise Towers Apartment / King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) RIYADH, Ministry of Housing (MOH) Villa projects, Hospital, Shopping Mall and office Building,
• Responsible to, implement, monitor and document the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) narrated in the Project QA/QC Plan.
• Conduct random inspections; monitor the required tests and record activities at site structural, Architectural Inspections and tests made as per the Project QA/QC Plan, ITP’s, Client Specifications an attainment of quality requirement.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements. Ensure that Engineer’s approval and/or the required factory or supplier compliance certificate have been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site.
• Coordinate with Site Laboratory and Independent Testing Agencies to ensure that all requisite tests as per Project Specifications are conducted and the reporting is properly done.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices. Also to follow up the close out of NCR’s and SOR’s.
• Ensure that the issue, amendment and recall of Controlled Documents and other essential records are done in conformance with the SBC Quality System, the current ISO 9001 standard and the project QA/QC Plan.
• Attend the site QA/QC meetings with the project management and subcontractors.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in the documentation, maintenance and submission of Contract Test Packages.
• Prepare the Daily, weekly, & monthly reports of the actual QA/QC activities accomplished during the day and submit to Project Manager QA/QC Manager
• Maintain Quality Records related to the project in a manner, which ensures proper identification, traceability and easy retrieval.
• Conduct Internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule prepared by the QA/QC Manager Prepare audit reports and raise NCR’s and observations (if required) and follow up the close out of NCR’s and observations.
• Perform all activities in compliance with the Company Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Comply with and implement the local laws and Client requirements related to Health, Safety and Environmental aspects at workplace as per the bestow authority and responsibility.
• Be responsible for own and subordinates’ wellbeing and the wellbeing of the environment.
• Arrange Quality Improvement Talk/Technical briefing in coordination with Project Managers/ Field Engineers and maintain records.
• Ensure that the all equipment’s are calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the Calibration Schedule.
• co-ordinate the document control of technical submittals, drawings etc. with office engineers and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, for the issue, amendment and recall of controlled document
• Performing in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to Improve quality control construction site & achieve the target with respect to quality Issues with client requirements.
• Planned and executed multiple tasks to ensure controlled documents were managed per procedures.
• Leading the team of Quality Inspectors of site and precast production to perform quality inspections activities at site structural, Architectural Inspections
• Preparing Daily, weekly and Monthly Quality reports & forwarding the same to the management.
• Attending monthly meetings with upper management to stay updated on quality issues and getting the appropriate solutions for client’s satisfactions
• Identifying the Quality observations with corrective and preventive action and issuing the same to respective area in-charge for action
• Attending project kick-off meetings and identifying the quality requirements, Technical specifications, contract details.
• Concrete Mix design as per technical specifications requirements and conducting Trial mix designs to check its fresh and hardened concrete properties.
• Develop compressive quality control requirements and procedures for each activity in project including Method statements, checklist, procedures etc.
• Interface directly with clients to determine appropriate QC requirements prior to execution or production run.
• Perform inspections, Review of submittals and method statements, conducting trainings on floor works, creating quality awareness and delivering product with client’s satisfaction
• Guiding team in documenting all the QC issues in production and in project site including design issues, production tolerances, incorrect specifications, material quality along with recommendations to address issues by raising SOR, SIR&NCR to the concern person.
• Conducting auditing and inspection for ready mix concrete batch plants.
Reviewing plans and specifications for completeness and accuracy, and make recommendations to resolve technical conflicts.

In the quality management process at the site.
• Responsible for Quality inspection prior to concreting of foundation footings,
Retaining walls, masonry & structural screed, etc.
• Performing in overall quality structural & Architectural Inspections.
• Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.
• preparing all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different
Individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawing
& special specifications.
• Direct involvement with regards to Quality Control on Material receipt at site, inspection
And testing.
• Ensure that the Inspection Testing and Measuring Instruments are Calibrated and valid.
• Carryout all precast elements inspection with consultant and get the approval.
• Preparing all related quality documents such as ITPs & Method of Statement.
• Conduct quality awareness meetings & inductions for site engineers & other construction staffs.
• Coordinate “Inspection Requests (RFIs)” submission through construction team and
Sub-Contractor to the Company.
• Implement the consultant specification on site in terms of materials delivery and installation
