• Assist the Chief Strategy Officer through communicating, following up, and coordinating with the Automotive business units by preparing, submitting, redirecting and evaluating Strategy Plans and BSC, that ensure consistency, timing and proper processing of the plans to get the desired results, and report about any deviations
• Support the formulation, modification and initiation of the Automotive Business units plans to be aligned with the overall Group and Automotive company strategic plan; through analysis, follow up, recommendation and conclude the components of the annual or 3 years’ business plans
• Lead and carry out reviews for the implementation of the plans, recommend actions to rectify deviations and report back or appraise to the Strategy Office in case of significant deviations arise up
• Follow up, monitor, collaborate with concerns toward achievements of KPIs to get feedback in return about status
• Monitor achieving of strategic plan by the Departments/SBU by forming or generating summary reports or reviewing on a monthly basis through monthly business review meetings
• Recommend, search, and adopt KPIs benchmark from international best practices to improve business result tracking
• Recommend, introduce and browse for updates, new, or any international features implemented to enhance the processing, planning, benchmark, or implementation of the balance score card within the group
• Recommend and submit Balance Score Card; plans, review sheets…etc. to be implemented on a yearly basis for Departments / SBUs, upon doing update for the last year BSC and introduce for the next year
• Lead, Arrange, follow up and communicate for Management Reviews meetings; on a yearly, quarterly, semiannual…etc.
• Update and evaluate Operational KPI's; reports and sub-reports and annual Balanced Scorecards for all Business Units and Departments
• Communicate Operational KPI's; reports and sub-reports
• Providing Support to departments for crucial strategic projects based on Project Management Institutes guidelines
• Conduct and lead monthly business review meetings to discuss KPIs achievements and Strategic Projects progress
• Assist Chief Strategy Officer to Work on Strategic Projects that fall under the responsibility of Almajdouie Motors
• Lead Al Majdouie Group’s Oracle BI Apps Implementation Project
• Interacting with head of the departments and first line managers to gather and analyze reporting requirements
• Interact with the development team to convert business requirements into technical solution and assure quality output to the business users
• Conduct User Training sessions for each business unit in the group
• Develop Scorecards and Dashboards for Top Managements
• Presentations to CIO and Top executives of various departments for the approval of developed Dashboards and Scorecards
• Responsible for Data Integrity issues
• Work closely with Business stakeholders/teams to analyze and fulfill their BI requirements
• Create Project Plans to achieve deadlines for projects on hand related to DWH and Cognos
• Creating and modifying Data Marts whenever needed
• Integrating data from different databases and creating dimension and fact tables using Informatica Powercenter
• Performing administrative tasks related Cognos and Informatica
• Create Functional and Technical requirements Documents of Reports and explaining the same to Cognos 8 BI Reporting team and Engaging with developers to ensure their understanding is correct and complete testing the Reports before delivering to the users
• Develop Dashboards and Scorecards using Metric Studio for Top Management
• Developing and modifying Cognos Cubes in Transformer
• Customizing existing and Developing new ETL Routines using Informatica workflow designer, creating sessions and workflows and scheduling the workflows using Workflow Manager and monitoring the routines in Workflow Monitor
• Single point of contact for any issues related to data warehouse and BI
• Leading a team of Cognos Developers and getting updates on the tasks assigned
• Giving daily, weekly status updates to BI Manager and monthly updates to CIO
• Testing and deploying developed objects in Production system and getting UAT singed from users.
• Setting up development, test and production environment after installing Informatica and Cognos in Servers
• Develop Complex Reports with multiple pages and Conditional formatting using style variables with drill through functionality using Report studio.
