Assisting Front Desk supervisor to improve and maintain standard of Rotana.
Responsible for the operations of Front Office with a primary focus on overall operation at Reception, ensuring end of the day procedures and subsequent reports are completed in an accurate and efficient manner.

Answer guest requests for any assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service& management to fulfill guest requests.
• Ensure that mail, faxes and packages are delivered to guest in a timely manner.
• Deal with irate guests & find way to resolve issues to guest's satisfaction.
• Attend promptly to the Guests inquires with courtesy and politeness.
• Record & perform accurately wake up calls on the appropriate form.
• Insuring all data are sending to CID system on daily basis without fail.
• Assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations and providing other information about the location.

Responsible for supervising and monitoring floor stock and update missing items, if found
• Perform all other essential tasks as assigned from time to time by the lead sales associate
• Responsible for developing a database of qualified leads through face to face meetings, referrals, emails, telephone canvassing, direct mail, and networking
