Monitor department budgets and track expenditures. Vendors are paid to on a bill basis.

Update, verify and maintain accounting journals, resident ledgers and other financial records.
Create and analyze the monthly Profit and Loss statement for all the services within the firm.
Ensuring that all invoices and staff salary are paid accurately.
Managing the receipts and deposit of cash and bank transactions.
Compse, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports. Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.
Purchasing products for the company.
Need to understand company needs based on stock, inventory, projects and plans. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Follow up with suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contacts.
