KEY RESULTS AREA :
Sales, Technical support, Administration
Responsibilities :
Establish new, and maintaining existing, long - term relationships with clients (contractors and dealers)
Monthly, quarterly, yearly reports to be submitted for higher management with summery of Sales, Target margin and evaluate for performance for each sales engineer
Develop relation with potential clients in the construction including and not limited to consultants, main contractors, MEP contractors.
Obtain advanced knowledge on projects, survey geographically potential areas of projects through different physical and online tools.
Have updates on projects intelligence; new comers to market, competition portfolio, competition price levels.
Obtain all required technical information for the sales support and workshop technical team in order to prepare accurate price proposals which increase potential of securing projects.
Understand maximum technical information about products range of ARJ and demonstrate the same in site meetings.
Check the quotes done by sales support teams and provide suitable opinion and plan to submit, follow up, negotiate and close the deal.
Meeting regular sales targets.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
Administering client accounts; solving client problems.
Preparing reports for head office; recording and maintaining client contact data.
Manage proper communications internally with sales engineers, support team and externally with clients, consultants and contractors. Verbally and in written.
Ensure that delivery matches LPO and final price offer and claim variations when needed.
Ability to fully respond to clients’ technical requirements presenting them in a professional manner.
Master one complete geographic area plot by plot
Review the geographical coverage and define new distributors for EBARA
Provide special pricing in line with company pricing strategy
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS;
Achieved area sales target in one year (projects and dealers) , and personal sales target

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make the best efficacy selection to pumps and exhaust fan
- Technical support for VFR system
-Technical activities of the consulting engineer involves analyzing HVAC requirements of the projects
-Add key customers to customer’s data base
-Supervise the selling of products & services to clients, corporate and possible Customers and supervise installation.
-approach and meet the target in sales and booking
Technical presentation to customers, technical feasibility studies
Generates and executes sales plans for specific accounts including owners, consulting engineers and installing contractors
-Study cases with clients and consultant to convince them in VRF advantages
Achievements:
Achieving & exceeding planned target 105% in 2015, 80% in 2016
Maintain overall profit,
Add 3 key customers to customer’s data base during 2015 in Value more than 1 million SAR.
Finalize an order for supply equipment for biggest projects in KSA and Middle East

Responsibilities:

Incorporating of Quality inspection and testing procedures for the implemented works.
