▪ Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for team members; teaching improved processes; monitoring team members.
▪ Providing input and ideas for marketing initiatives and subsequently implement them and monitor. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and putting into action the information in order to improve turnover for BRF and footfall for Key Accounts to increase sales.
▪ Monitoring and evaluating performance against monthly sales targets.
▪ Review sales targets based on segment performance and growth.
▪ Responsible for sales forecast, promotional plans and placing accurate orders.
▪ Monitor & study, competitor activities and consumer trends.
▪ Responsible for branding in Key Accounts and promotional activities.
▪ Develop account specific sales plans in conjunction with Trade marketing team.
▪ Evaluate sales efficiency improvement.

▪ Coordination with different sales Channels
▪ Reporting Live Sales Status to Key Accounts Manager / Business Head.
▪ Responsible for maintaining displays and distribution of products in the outlet.
▪ Regular stock rotation in the outlets using FIFO (first in first out) method.
▪ Placing regular orders by LPO’s in Carrefour, Lu&Lu Hypermarket, Saveco, Gulfmart, Geant, Grand Hyper.
▪ Collecting competitor activities and new launches in the market..
▪ Coordinating with merchandisers
▪ Handling brands like: Ahmad Tea, Red Rooster, Lemontaz, SunQuick, Suntop, Papadopoulos, Jacker, Lantos, Docile, Phaner, Captain, Rita, Al Fajer, Founty, Crispo. Etc.

▪ Handling correspondence with Head Office.
▪ Reporting Live Sales Status to the General Manager.
▪ Maintaining and ordering stock in the respective areas of sale.
▪ Reviewing and comparing products with the competition and Suggesting New models that needs to be under promotion to ensure good sales in the market.
