• Meet deadlines of all required reports and financial statements with no negative feedback from stakeholders.
• Assist in monthly and rolling forecast financial statements preparation with no errors. Assist in financial controlling functions assigned to the section
• Participate and assist in company short and long term capital and financial planning. (Budget or estimated financials to be ready on time with no negative feedbacks)
• Assist in investment cash flow optimization through Quarterly follow up on investment plans with project team, analyze equipment utilization, control over CAPEX and analyze investment decisions
• Participate in working capital management through assistance in monthly follow up of working capital figures and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in business cases development to support decision making
• Develop personal leadership skills and maintain healthy environment within the section that enhance the team work spirit
• Keep high level of accountability towards assigned tasks
-Supervising foreign & local purchasing.
-Super user for Enterprise resource planning system (IFS).
-Negotiate and secure vendor supply contracts.
-Maintain good documentation of all purchasing activities and conversations with suppliers.
-Participate in the negotiation of Purchase Orders, including Payment terms, System, Defective Material Reimbursement.
-Always looking for new suppliers in order to get the best quality with acceptable price.
-Keep accurate and detailed records of all orders placed and transactions combined up to the receipt of goods.
-Maintaining vendors files, stock lists and prices, endeavoring to obtain the best quality for the right price (three quotations are mandatory).
-Ensuring all imported supplies are properly handled. To search for the highest quality products at the lowest possible purchase cost.
-Set plans for items purchasing, following up invoices, orders as well as items distribution.
-Report directly to Procurement manager.
