•Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
•Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
•Coordinate candidate interviews with technical team and Managers and Tracking interview feedback for candidates.
•Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel.
•Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers and monitors compliance.
•Assists President in follow-up with different departments regarding workflow and business process related matters.
