MEK Foundation is one of the greatest society development foundations in the middle east, As it cares about the
development of the society from all sides such as health, education, housing… etc.
Task

“Reem residence” is a luxury compound located in 6- October, has an area of 56 acre and consisting of 400 villas, huge
mall, and clubhouse. The total estimated budget for the project was 450 million EGP.
I joined this project in the planning phase after the selection of the project manager, and being selected as a project
manager assistant for the aim of aiding the project manager in his duties, and ensuring that work is going as planned.
Key project management assistance activities:
Collecting stakeholder's requirements and working to facilitate any conflicts among them.
Assisting in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
Preparing reports for Project Managers helping him to make decisions.
Assisting in the coordination of all personnel: vendors, contractors, etc., necessary to complete the project.
Reviewing the invoices and the financial dues for the contractors and the consultant offices.
Monitoring the progress of the daily tasks provided by the project manager.

consisting of 1560 units, commercial mall, clubhouse, and a nursery. The total estimated budget for the project was 150
million EGP.
I started managing this project early from its initiating process, and my main aim was to align with the company strategic
plan in building its new reputation in the market besides reaching the expected revenue.
Key project management activities:
Reviewing the conceptual design and assure that all the requirements of the stakeholders are applied.
Early risks identification (both opportunities and threats), with development of response planning.
Coordinating design and planning to ensure design standards are met and maintained.
Conducting and performing site surveys during various stages of the construction project.
Analyzing vendor proposals and selecting the appropriate one for each project.
Reviewing construction technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility, quality and conformance to project standards
Supervising and guiding the staff throughout the planning and the executing processes.
Reviewing the status and progress reports and prepare the forecasting reports to the higher management.
Monitoring the agreed upon schedule and budget, influencing and controlling the changes as they arise.

(APD) which located in Abu Dhabi. Its strategy is to involve in huge projects by obtaining big lands in order to start
building remarkable residential compounds.

Seven stories Orphanage building - supervision all the implementation phases from excavation till Finishing
Dokki building - supervision repairing the beams and slabs, and also the plumbing works
Me'raj villa - contactor for the concrete works

Effendi
I worked in Omar Effendi company in the maintenance department, and my job was to maintain the branches of the
company in the region of upper Egypt, and some branches in Cairo (about 20 branches). This were done by leading a crew
consists of supervisors and labors, specialized in plumbing, firefighting, concrete repairing, and finishing works.
