Organizing, planning and forecasting the essential Buildings and Integrated Facilities services over all EMAAR Communities across Dubai-UAE for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
• Manage a hard FM and Soft service contract with Emrill Services provider and suppliers.
• Set and monitor of yearly budget through the monthly P/L sheet.
• Direct reports includes (5 supervisor, 2 office administrators, CFMMS operator, 6 HAVC technician and 6 Electrical technician, 2 CMS&BMS Operators in-house staff + subcontractors staff).
• Prepare and execute of the PPMs according to the O&M Manual.
• Provide technical advice to customer and represent the customer in technical interfaces with third parties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Contribute and integrate with other business units for smooth and most efficient operation to achieve the agreed and commits SLA’s.
• Professionally delegate work to subordinates, and issuing of work permits.
• Prepare and present regular reports to client related to facility, finance, budget, utilities consumption, and energy saving, and maintain records on CFMMS system.
• Lead and monitor the subcontracting works i.e. (Firefighting and life safety, security systems, lifts, BMS, gas, water treatment, UPS, barrier, pest control, sewage and west management …etc.
•following up with service provider all Calibration pressure gauges and equipment’s.
• Submitted monthly service FM report to the client.
• Preparing cost estimation and BOQ for any existing modification works.
• Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

•Responsible for all DWC-Dubai South organizing, planning and forecasting the essential services across the Aviation City \[VIP Terminal and Airport Facilities\] Annual Maintenance Contract AMC of worth (15 Million AED/yearly )
•Plan for the mobilization and demobilization process for all the projects
•Managing and delegating tasks to the site teams - FM Engineer, Operations &Maintenance Team, 4 office administrators and 120 in-house staff + sub-service providers
•Drive the facilities management strategy for Dubai South projects, while insuring contractual commitments and SLA’s are successfully met.
•Manage the process of reviewing subcontractor’s scope of work, renewing the A.M.C’s while recommending changes whenever needed.
•Manage the hand over, snags list, and NOD'S for the newly constructed projects.
•Contribute and assist the General Manager identifying the optimum structure for the projects so that resources can be arranged accordingly.
•Conducting surveys, prepare, and present the estimation reports including i.e. (staff structure, estimation sheet, yearly budget, cash flow report).
•Review monthly P/L sheet to make sure we are running within budget limits.
•Manage the implementation of policies, procedures for contract management.
•Ensure effective planning and implementation of H.S.E.Q inspections and audits to meet the regularity requirements and international standards.
.Updating daily progress report and dash board for the construction of the newest projects going on and submit it to the VP-Utilities and Infrastructure dept.
•Manage Day-to-Day FM operation related Admin work.

•To mobilize the MEP, Fire Systems, Automtion systems and the specialized Services.
•To monitor the service providers performance.
•Provide operations and maintenance support of the specialist MEP systems.
•Provide technical electrical & electronic support to procurement department.
•Provide technical support to building services system.
