* Managing Datacenter/Network Infrastructure Services: Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the IT Network and Datacenter Network infrastructure (including LAN and SAN) of the organization to achieve high availability to the business at all times. The network infrastructure is business critical in-house networks and equipment that are all IP based.

* Responsible for creating the High-level solution based on the functional specification.

* Preparing RFP’s, Scope of Work and Tender Documents.

* Prepare/Validate the Root Cause analysis for major incidents/outages related to network in Datacenter and Enterprise Network Infrastructure.

* Managing IT Network service continuity implementation.

* Liaising with other functional management groups within Infrastructure Operation to ensure IT services delivery across all infrastructure platforms.

* Resident Network Engineer in Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Managed the IT network in Gathering centers and executed project deliverables including network and security design, implementation.

* Project engineer in IKEA for implementation of LAN, Security, Wireless & IP Telephony.

* Implementation Engineer in Alghanim Industries for Data Centre Network and did revamping of whole Alghanim Datacenter network.

* Implementation Engineer in KJO for Implementation whole KJO Enterprise Network and Datacenter Network (LAN & SAN) and did Datacenter migration from old to new Datacenter.

* Maintenance and Administration of the Data Centre Network for our Clients KOC, KJO, Alghanim Industries.

* Involved in the Implementation of MPLS enabled Backbone and Optical SDH Network Project which includes GSR 12410 Series routers and ONS 15454E SDH systems for Wataniya Telecom.

* Provide technical Support to our clients like Equate, OL2K, Kuwait University, Ministry of Planning Kuwait, Ministry of Defense Kuwait.

* Configuration of switches, routers and security devices for various clients.

* Prepare the Network Documentation like LLD, NIP and NRFU for our clients.

* Deploy and Manage the Network Management System like Cisco Works, ACS.

* Managed the Data Control Systems (DCS) in KNPC Depots.

* Responsible for the analysis of the current network and design as per the requirement.

* Upgraded the network bandwidth from 10MBPS to 100MBPS.

* Managed the Communication and Network devices.

* Administrated a large Windows 2000 Network.

* Involved in Configuring Windows XP, Windows 2000, Installation and Configuration of Norton Antivirus, McAfee, Network Printers Installation and other networking devices.

* Involved in Upgrading the Data Control Systems (DCS) in KNPC Depots

* Maintained IP and User Information in Databases like SQL Server2000

* Responsible for maintaining the DCS Database in SQL Server software and the client software.
