Conduct Induction and HSE Tool box talk & Briefing about site work. Conduct Daily site walkthrough and inspections.
Arrangement of rescue in case of emergency.
Report on a tracking sheet all Non-Conformance & Observations.
Report all unsafe conditions/ practice and recommend corrective actions
Assist the site Safety Manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities.
Monitor Sub. Contractors HSE staff performance on site.

Ensure Issue & review all work permits on site. Carry out daily, weekly, monthly audits and inspections to all safety equipment, storage areas, ware houses and site workplaces.

Ensure Risk assessment & Hazard identification before start of any work.

 Implementing FIVE STAR safety
 Conducting / Identifying Hazard to the workers.
 Weekly site walk around participation.

 Taking corrective actions for un-safe practices.
 Color code system implementation monthly / quarterly.
 Perform hazard assessments associated with light, noise, and air quality.
 Provide input towards toolbox talks, JSAs.
 Attend weekly safety meetings with company HSE Manager.
 Posting signs and barricades for hazardous areas.
 Responsible for weekly report preparation.
 Identifying Hazard to the workers.
