As an Assistant Officer, I am proficient in executing production processes, compounding, operating specialized machinery, and upholding strict quality, classified clean areas, and safety standards to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Key responsibilities
1) Raw materials Dispensing and aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions as per Batch Manufacturing Record and perform Clean in place
and Sterilization in place activities.
2) Setting & carrying out machine changeovers, calibration, dismantling and assembling of filling and packaging equipment.
3)Operation and maintenance Eye Drops Filling machine, Pre-Filled Syringes Filling machine, Labelling machine, Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave), Ink Jet, Integrity Testing machine, Blistering machine and packaging line.
4) Completing batch setup documentation and batch related LOG BOOK.
As a production assistant in a technical role provides support in the execution of technical tasks during the production process, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production workflow.

1. Machine assembly and operation CLS technology machinery
2. Troubleshooting and operation microcomputer cutting machine.
