Lead in charge and focal point for preparing and sending HSE/HSSE Statistical reports, Man-Power & Man-Hours received of Green Line Underground through Daily Progress Report from the Construction and HSSE Team.
Provide detailed HSE induction training for new employees (and refresher for old employees), and other HSE training for critical processes;
Assist in conducting Safety Committee meetings, management safety walk-through/tour then provide the necessary minutes and report.
Attending meeting with project key person.
Organize Emergency Drills (Fire and Evacuation) so as to check the degree of responsiveness in case of emergency on site.
Coordinate, follow-up and monitor strict compliance of “permit to work system’’ method statement, risk assessment, MSDS and COSHH assessment document at worksite and explain the importance of the same to the workforce (pre-task briefs).
Directly reporting to the Senior HSS Manager on all the safety issues on site for proper coordination and immediate action on site.

Visual Inspection of power and hand tools in conjunction with the electrical department, lifting equipment (Mobile Crane, Boom Truck, forklift) and gears (Master link, shackles, web sling, hook) with the lifting team and also third party certification of the lifting equipment, gears, riggers, operators and lifting supervisors, mobile and stationary equipment that will be used on site to ensure they conform to safety regulations and standards.
Ensuring Environment control management and proper waste management (segregation) are in place through coordination with the environmental department.
Represent the organization in some of the initial Project kick off meetings, weekly and Monthly subcontractor, client and consultant meeting.
Conduct and prepare daily HSE observation inspection and take immediate corrective action and recommendation where necessary.
Carry out weekly Excavation inspection checks to ensure the safe condition of the excavation.
Ensuring the development, implementation and updating of required written safety and health
Programs and plans. These may include, as needed:
Knowledge of ISO, HIRA process, job safety analysis, HAZOPHazard Communication Program
Hazard Assessment and Personal Protective Equipment Program (PPE)
Respiratory Protection Program
Chemical Hygiene Plan (including Lab Safety)
Hazard Communication Program
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Confined Space Entry Program
Emergency Action Plan
Identifying the high risk activity and preparing risk assessment for the job and giving training to all workers as well as foreman.
Confined space work execution.
This is a response and communication system, which shall comply with the procedure Emergency Planning and Accident Reporting and encompass all types of incident or all accident situations, including evacuation plans
