Client: Private Engineering Office (PEO) Qatar
Project: Salwa Beach Resort
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to HSE Manager and follow-up his directions.
- Interface with site supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
- Delegate responsibilities to Safety Assistant, Junior Safety Officers, Safety Officer & sub-cons safety personnel to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.
- Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
- Verify third party certification for lifting gears etc. are correctly color coded and being used properly.
- Verify all scaffolding is tagged and a safe condition.
- Identify site hazards, non-conformance's, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision.
- Closely monitor high risk activities; lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads etc.
- Produce pertinent toolbox talks with the assistance of responsible construction supervision including the identification of proactive and reactive site issues for communication to the workforce
- Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce.
- Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
- Place safety posters, hazard flashes, site safety campaign promotional materials
- Provide a daily summary report of field HSE issues and activities including; HSE documentation; PTW system, toolbox talks produced etc. for the HSE Engineer.
- Communicate with the workforce by multi Languages during the activities to eliminate/ reduce the risk.
Client: Abu Dhabi Oil Refinery Company (TAKREER)
Project: Carbon Black & Delayed Coker (CBDC) Project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to HSE Manager and follow-up his directions.
- Interface with site supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
- Delegate responsibilities to Junior Safety Officers to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.
- Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface with site supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
- Delegate responsibilities to Junior Safety Officers and Safety Assistants to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.
- Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
- Verify third party certification for loose lifting gear, pressure vessels, electrical equipment etc, is correctly color coded and being used properly.
- Verify all scaffolding is tagged and a safe condition.
- Identify site hazards, non-conformance's, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision (and record).
- Closely monitor high risk activities; confined space entry gas testing and air monitoring, lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads etc.
- Produce pertinent toolbox talks with the assistance of responsible construction supervision including the identification of proactive and reactive site issues for communication to the workforce and collection of constructive feedback.
- Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce.
- Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
- Lead Junior Safety Officers and Safety Assistants in an immediate response to incidents and emergency situations that occur on site, act as emergency marshals and provide first aid.
- Place safety posters, hazard flashes, site safety campaign promotional material and the results of safety incentive schemes prominently on site.
- Provide a daily summary report of field HSE issues and activities including; HSE documentation; risk assessments, JSAs, toolbox talks produced, etc, for the HSE Engineer.
Client: Abu Dhabi Polymer Company Limited (Borouge)
Project: Borouge 2 TR Civil works
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to Site HSE Engineer.
- Follow-up HSE Manager and HSE Engineers directions.
- Monitoring site activities to ensure that all safety regulations are complied with
- Conduct weekly “TBT” meeting and maintain record.
- Monitoring Junior Safety Officers’ daily reports.
- Coordinating with Jr. HSE/Safety Officers & Safety Assistants HSE requirements.
- Corresponding with main contractor HSE Department regarding safety related issues
- Ensure implementation and compliance of company’s HSE procedures and standards in all the activities through supervision.
- House keeping inspections.
- Follow-up of Personal protective Equipment (PPE) & HSE related materials with store.
Client: Abu Dhabi Polymer Company Limited (Borouge)
Project: Borouge 2 - Effluent Treatment Plant Project
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Report to HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer.
- Follow-up HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer directions.
- Prepare the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports documentation as per company/ client policy and submit to HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer for review.
- Arrange for new employee Safety Orientation/ Safety Induction as per company/ client procedure; Safety Training.
- Updated Site HSE Office documentation, prepare & provide HSE Posters to site.
- Prepare the feedback from HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer and updating of Safety Officers daily reports & Weekly basis Action Tracking Register.
- To confirm that safety officers conduct weekly “TBT” meeting and that the minutes of meetings are submitted to the HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer for his review and office record.
- Monitoring Safety Officers’ daily reports.
- Coordinating with Safety Officers, Jr. HSE/Safety Officers & Safety Assistants HSE requirements.
- Corresponding with main contractor HSE Department regarding safety relates Training requirements for employees.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of company’s HSE procedures and standards in all the activities through supervision.
