-Taking the lead of running the operation in rig and rig-less.
-Prepare and follow up the implementation of slickline technical work instructions.
-Coordinating client's instructions and share with our crews.
-Make site inspection monthly to inspect vehicles/equipment to monitor working
behavior with implementing the close-loop procedure.
-Carry out Risk Assessment and Hazard identification with HSE Advisor.
-Upholds company’s safety policy with clients.
-Ensure that all operation is carried out as per SOP daily.
-Applying the quality standard and operating system for company’s operation and
activities.
-Taking the lead of all technical issues/incidents occur in the field, perform the
root cause analysis for the issues and propose the corrective actions to avoid
reoccurrence.
-Discuss the risks associated with the operations day by day and finding solution.
-Motivate all crews to achieve the planned objectives.
-Ensure that all crews are fully aware of the daily operations requirements.
-Discuss what lessons could be learned for the future improvements.
-Ensure Maintenance Management System implemented on equipment as per plan.
-Prepare for the internal Audit for ISO Standards.
-Taking the lead of workshop daily operations and jobs preparations.
-Taking the lead of maintenance, records and monitoring store stock.
-Taking the lead of reviewing the service tickets as per contract, and following the
submitting and collecting steps.
• Supervise Slickline crew and coordinate activities for the tasks to be executed.
• Ensuring that all personnel obey safety rules and follow Safe working procedures and practices of all activities such as Slickline, Memory Gauges, PLT, MPLT, Kinley Caliper and CTU.
• Operating the Slickline winch to work to manipulate several of Slickline equipment/tools to execute various slickline programs and reservoir works such as (Zone change, Gas lift Valve Change, Fishing, Running and pulling Plugs, SCSSV, Bottom Hole Pressure Survey, sand Bailing and many more.
• Understand the principle calculation of hydrostatic Head
pressure especially during gas lift and unplugging
operations, calculate wire left in hole and wire depth
during fishing operations, etc.
• Make site inspection monthly to inspect vehicles/equipment and to monitor working behavior with implementing the close-loop procedure.
• Carry out Risk Assessment and Hazard identification with Project Manager and HSE Advisor.
• Motivate personnel working under my supervision to achieve the planned objectives.
• Ensure Maintenance Management System implemented on all equipment as per plan.
• Apply waste management as per SOS & client's system on a daily basis.
• Ensure integrity of slickline equipment and doing the
routine maintenance.
• Compile slickline reports at the end of each task.
• Familiar for Camco, Otis, Halliburton, Petroline, Weatherford, and Baker, etc.
Also familiar with engine types like: -
• Asep Elmer product, Gulf coast, etc.
• Repair and analysis trouble shooting hydraulic and pneumatic of Slickline units.

•Memory Gauges print out log and data interpretation.
•Maintenance of all slickline tools and units.
•Handling, programing, performing GRC jobs as per program.
