1. Define the required quantities to be purchased after checking the required sales plan material list and the stock levels( quarterly )
2. Contacting suppliers for price offers
3. Negotiating prices & delivery terms and transit time to get the best offers available
4. Choosing the best offer (technically approved )
5. Issuing PO’s for all materials requested
6. Following shipping process to the arrival of shipments to port (air - sea)
7. Handling clearance process until arrival of shipments to factory

8. Defining reorder point for the fast consumable materials in the factory (diesel -gases )
9. Issuing PO’s to cover the factory needs( weekly)
10. Creation of approved supplier list
11. Scrap monitoring
12. Follow up deliveries to customers.
