Handling Units: Crude stabilization, Produced water Treatments and API separators,
Crude storage and handling HP, MP, LP Gas compressors and Gas injection systems, Gas
dehydration units, Gas sweetening and Fuel gas conditioning, Power Generators, Waste
heat recovery and hot oil system, Water injection system, SWRO and UF filters, IA
compressor and Nitrogen generation unit.
• Efficaciously coordinate and execute activities of plant start-up and shut down of the
process and utility units as per companys standard operating procedures SOPs.
• Supervise and monitor process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) to ensure
safe and optimized operations within set standards.
• Act promptly during plant emergencies, operate safety systems (ESD, F&G), and
coordinate with field crews to address incidents like leaks or spills.
• Prepare and maintain daily production summaries, reports on chemical consumption
and flaring, and crude oil lab analysis (API, RVP, Salinity, BS&W). Ensure export crude
compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot processes, validate DCS systems, and update SOPs to enhance
operational efficiency. Conducting PFDs, P&IDs reviews, C&E updates, and optimizing
tray column operations for maximum output.
• Train junior staff, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and manage work permits,
lockout/tag-out systems, and risk assessments.
• Operate and optimize systems like crude oil treatment, gas compression, and utilities
post-commissioning, maintaining logbooks and process overrides.
• Excellent experience in managing offshore/onshore plant commissioning and
operations of wellheads, oil production, and processing systems (300, 000 bbls/day
capacity), including high-pressure water (270 barg) and gas injection (360 barg).
• Handling ESD (Emergency Shutdown) and FSD (Fire Shutdown) systems, restoring
production promptly to minimize losses.
• Perform LOOP and functional checks, OTP, and validate DCS systems in collaboration
with vendors and lead engineers (YOKOGAWA).
• Adopt advanced methodologies for gas sweetening & dehydration to meet
specifications.
• Develop SOPs for ESD, cold start-ups, and work permits; conducted JSA and risk
assessments for critical activities.

Main Units: Crude Gathering station and Export, Well fluid separation system, Fuel Gas
system, Water treatment plant -10000M3/Day, Steam generation system 5600T/day,
Flare & Drain systems, Chemical injection systems, Beam Pump units.
• Oversaw the installation and integration of key systems such as crude oil gathering
stations, separators, fuel gas systems, water treatment plants, steam generators, and
flare systems.
• Managed pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for new facilities and
equipment.
• Executed start-up/shutdown procedures, including emergency shutdown protocols.
• Actively resolved operational and technical issues within process equipment and
systems to minimize downtime.
• Updated SOPs for system operations, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
• Ensured adherence to company and regulatory safety standards in all operational
activities. Performed risk assessments and implemented control measures to mitigate
potential hazards.
• Managed emergency shutdown systems (ESD) and fire safety devices (FSD) to prevent
and control incidents.
• Mentored and guided a team. Conducted training sessions for junior staff on safety
practices, system operations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitored and controlled all remotely operated systems, including crude oil treatment,
gas compression, and utility systems, from the CCR.
• Managed the Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensured compliance with Lockout/
Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Led pre-startup safety review & incident investigations to drive continual improvement.
