As part of the Program Management Team, I facilitated the implementation of the new organizational structure, achieving 90% efficiency in delivering the Target Operating Model (TOM) through establishment of a dedicated population health unit. This realignment ensures delivering sustainable, high impact health improvements for 10 million beneficiaries.
Managed the public health team to enhance disease prevention and control by creating a unified disease surveillance system and executing ministry wide campaigns and initiatives. Oversaw program monitoring and evaluation across 24 MOD healthcare facilities, recommending quality improvement policies and guidelines.
led cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth assessments of military community health needs, identifying key health concerns and implementing evidence-based public health programs. Developing sustainable funding model for the health and well being of more than 3 million beneficiaries.
Collaborated in a cross-ministerial task force to develop and implement a comprehensive COVID-19 rapid response strategy to address unique logistical and operational challenges within the ministry. Wrote & edited 5 manuals to enhance preparedness that was used on a national level.
Developed a data-driven scoring system for 46 fragility, conflict and violence (FCV) affected countries to resource allocation and prioritizing interventions with the highest return on investment to the bank.
Lead 5 major studys including; coordination, protocol devalopment, literature review, data mangment, translating findings to; 2 country wide population based percentiles.
Coordinated a fragility fracture prevention program. successfully screening 150 eligible patients. Liaising with hospital departments to ensure timely access to management leading to 70% improved patient outcomes.
