Current working in Phillip Middle East Insurance Brokers LLC (part of Phillip Capital Group of Singapore), in their Dubai office as GM & Director. I head the General Lines of Insurance, HR, Admin and Regulatory Affairs. We are a composite Insurance Broker offering the entire gamut of Insurance Services in General, Health, Motor, Marine, Engineering, Casualty & Liability & other lines. Our Team of experienced Brokers arrange best-in-class Insurance Polices with around 30 rated Insurance partners in the UAE. Our Office is at C 1403, The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Spearheading a team of 8 direct reports in managing the relationships with 80 odd
Broker Partners; steering relationship management, renewal management,
conversion of new business enquiries, and coordination between key stakeholders
Managing claims interfacing and premium collection / credit control actions
Steering all classes of business including General (PAR/BI, PL, FG, EAR/CAR, PI),
Employee Benefits (Health & GLPA), H & M

(PRP), which involves in-depth analysis and presentation skills.
Deputed to RSA for 1 year \{the JV was called Royal Sundaram Alliance\} in Chennai,
India as the GM (Technical) and All India Head of Textile and SME Verticals
