It is a Dubai based Building Materials Company supplying materials to major projects within GCC.
◆ Responsible for obtaining approvals of MEP products & Sanitary products by providing technical specifications to Client, Architech, Consultants and Contractors for projects within Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Al Ain region.
◆ Resolving tender clarifications from the Consultants and Contractors on timely basis.
◆ Negotiation with the Consultants and Contractors for pricing and technical deviations
◆ Assist immediate management on pricing for all the MEP products
◆ Develop new business leads by directly approaching the Clients and Consultants in new projects.
◆ Attend trainings on new products and brands to keep up-to date knowledge on new product launch
◆ support contract compliance through the negotiation of company contractual and payment terms, warranty conditions etc.
◆ Supporting client through after sales service to maintain business relationships.
