Manufacturing & Operations
Over all plant Operations, RM / PM procurement to FG dispatch .coordinating with Quality, maintenance, packing/ production , store!
• Planning and organizing production schedules and overseeing production processes as per requirement.
• To ensure the proper supply of raw material & Packing Material.
• Monitoring Shift Supervisors and Workers to maintain a constant flow of production.
• Work with managers & In charge to implement the company's policies and goals
• Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers and Review worker performance
• Identify training needs organizing relevant training sessions.
• Supervision of cleaning, Hygiene & sanitation of the plant.
• Maintaining all records and other inventories as per ISO procedures and HACCP requirements.
• Maintaining timely & accurately generation of Daily & Monthly MIS
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
• Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors
• Developing standard operating procedures for all the processes & operations at manufacturing sites
• Actively involved in system implementation for uniform quality across the company’s manufacturing sites
• Interacting with consumers to meet national / international standards; resolving concerns of consumers & overseas customers
• Imparting training to manufacturing personnel on HACCP, Consumer Safety and Use of Statistical Tools & ISO to meet International Quality Standards
• Assuring that the quality systems are established and implemented
• Looking after shelf floor activities as well as bulk batch & quality
• Handling the documentation of batch & quality
• Actively involved in RM & PM planning
• Overseeing the weekly & monthly production planning
• Issuing & distributing ISO systems and documentation
• Participating in Management Review Meeting and reporting the performance of the same to top management
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization through constant interaction during management review meetings
• Overseeing the GMP, hygiene, housekeeping & food safety
• Accountable for statutory report preparation and recovery calculation & communication to the senior management
• Conforming the compliance of the customer specifications & finished goods quality assurance.
• Heading the quality lab and ensuring the calibration of equipment
• Assuring the reliability for analysis & control in inventory of the lab
• Executing the:
o Packing Line
o M/C like Hassia, Bosch & MesPac
o M/C like Krones PET Line, CAN Line, Combi Line & NRB Lines
• Preparing the Adherence & Non-Adherence Report as well as Module wise Plan VS Achieved Chart
• Developing standard operating procedures for all the processes & operations at manufacturing sites
