Job involves
•Taking care of all Secretarial work for the Chief Contracting Manager
•Preparing Weekly /Monthly reports
•Taking care of Site activities (doing secretarial work for Kahramaa Office)
•Preparing Inspection reports (Daily /Weekly/Monthly)
•Preparing Site Dairy reports
•Submitting documents (material/drawing) to Kahramaa office for getting their approval
•Taking care of facilities of the site office (Client & Contractors)
•Knows about time management (taking care of Labors time in/out)
•Responsible for proper Co-ordination between different personnel for material/equipment receipt, inspection, delivery, storage.
•Follow up with suppliers/manufactures and purchase department at head office and arrange for timely delivery of equipment and material as per project schedule.
•C0-ordinating with supplier/manufactures to ensure timely start up & commissioning of MEP Services.
•Follow up and ensure all documents such as Test Certificates, O & M Manuals, Quality plans, Compliance certificate etc., to be furnished by the supplier/ manufactures for project requirements.
•Preparations of material procurement reports on fortnightly basis and maintaining inventory for general items.
•Handling petty cash and arranging the materials by cash if urgently required.
•Preparation of material on site statement for the monthly bill.
•Follow up with accounts department in head office against supplier’s payment issues & letter of credit (LC) clearances to avoid delay in equipment & material deliveries.
•Smoothly handing over of the project with maintaining the logistics records
