•Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Update the procurement tracker and share with the Supply Chain Manager and staff on a weekly basis.
• Review Purchase Orders (POs) in Integra and share a report with the Supply Chain Manager indicating the status of the POs.
• Coordinate with Finance departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.
• Ensuring that all Supplies and equipment required are delivered in time.
• Request for vendors to be created in Integra by submitting all the supporting documents.
• Ensuring that all procurement is done at the best value possible, while maintaining the quality of the product.
• Assist with any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Complete requisitions for all purchases and submit to supervisor for approval and ordering.
• Negotiate price discounts and possible savings on procurement of goods and services.
• Report and follow up on discrepancies with regard to deliveries.

• Receive and certify invoices for goods and services delivered for the Company.
• Reconcile all invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documents and timely submit all invoices for payment.

Deal with each step of the shipping process, track shipments and communicate
with clients about the package's progress.
• coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries also
deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims.
• Booking FCL shipment export with shipping line with their online websites
• Booking air shipment export with airlines and prepare AWB on online websites
