Leading the proposal development with primary responsibility for preparation and review of the proposal write-ups.
Identifying, communicating and following up with sub-consultants who will be participating in the project.
Studying, analyzing, identifying and reporting on the scope, queries and critical requirements of received Request for Proposals (RFP), Bids and Scopes of Work (SoW).
Acting as the focal point for the firm by coordinating proposal efforts with the technical divisions, sub-consultants, finance department and human resources
Managing post proposal activities such as follow-up actions, preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements for local and international projects.
Submitting daily reports to the chairman on the work progress.
