• Manage execution of Electrical Systems with prevailing industry standards / quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
• Manage design development / planning / procurement departments for respective works such as Engineering submittals, Procurement of major items, Electrical construction programs etc.,
• Manage Shop drawings, Material submittals, ITP, Method statements, Schedules and to perform Testing & Commissioning of complete Electrical systems.
• Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, Electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications and updated and readily available.
• Provide technical support for preparation of field change and requests and change orders.
• Oversight of field installation activities including inspection and problem resolution.
• Contribute to negotiation and selection process of vendors.
• Access, forecast and plan for manpower requirements.
• Liase with Main Contractor for site work coordination’s.
• Manage Subcontractors / our team members for smooth progress of works.
• Assessing team members and allocating suitable work to them based on their capabilities.
• Advice team members on next steps of the project according to its status.
• Attend Project progress meetings and take corrective action accordingly.
• Meet Consultant for technical approval and related issues etc.,
• Coordinate with internal QS, Main Contractor QS for invoicing, payment collection etc.,
• Manage project supervision, scheduling, target monitoring with reviewing or progress reports / taking appropriate action to achieve the end result.

• Manage & ensure QA/QC related issues being implemented on the projects, Overviewing the preparation of QA/QC documents.
• Manage Consultant and Client inspection at site for preliminary as well as final handing over of the system.
• Implement Health and Safety plan throughout the site andProvide motivation for employees.
• Coordinate for efficient processes between all teams involved in the project
