My Role
Forecast demand by analysing past data under varying condition. Analyse and send estimated quantity to the suppliers that are in demand. R program & Excel software’s were used to analyse.

Forecast demand through regression and statistical techniques. Short and medium term forecasting.
Regular capacity analysis.
Analyzing stock levels.
Create schedule to allocate resource for stock delivery.
Monitoring the delivery.
Make sure the stock reaches the destination on time.
Accurate record keeping of each product inventory count is maintained so that customer fulfillment remains high.
Examining existing standard procedures to improve process with the help lean techniques.
Monitoring supplier performance based on quality, delivery, etc.,
Reporting KPI's based on data analysis.
