Mobilization Coordinator
• Reviews incoming Labour Request and Mobilisation Requests for all Contractors and BPJV mobilising to the Site and routes where necessary to the appropriate department
• Checks all contractor paperwork and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with established process and procedures.
• Accurate and timely data entry of all mobilisation requests.
• Provides support and necessary training and education on the Site Access requirements for contractor which includes how to complete and accurately submit mobilisation paperwork.
• Assist in the scheduling of the Project Site Orientation for all personnel
• Manage the access and data administration for Site Access Requirements
• Interact with BPJV, client, vendors, visitors and contractor personnel on all levels
• File, retrieve and maintain database and personnel files
• Assist with audits on contractor mobilisation systems and processes
• Produce daily, weekly or monthly reports.
• Monitors all follow-up actions required by supervisor/manager.
• Maintains files of various historical data.
• Assist to other areas within the Workforce Services department as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Understanding and personally complying with Project environmental, safety and health philosophy, systems and requirements.
• Pro-actively supporting the implementation of the Project’s environmental, safety and health systems by:
• Attending Pre Start and Tool Box meetings;
• Immediately correcting observed breaches, unsafe acts or conditions;
• (In the event that correction is not possible) Reporting observed breaches, unsafe acts or conditions.
• Documentation.
• Maintaining appointment diary for GM.
• Letter drafting.
• Updating customer information.
• Report preparations: staff schedule &timing.
• Customer payment updating
