• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Overseeing the production of goods and/or provision of services.

• Perform quality controls and monitor production
• Performs a 'quality check' on publications, usually just before they are due to go to print the text matches the original
• Help the customers in resolving their problems.
• Deals in all kinds of software & hardware of the computer.
• Maintain the log and data sheets of all the customers
• Contact with the customers in U.S.A regarding the promotions offered by “Dish Network”.
• Make Tel e Marketing Calls in U.S.A regarding “Dish Network”.
