• As IT Infrastructure Architect, I am responsible for the Design, Deployment, Transformation, and operation of cloud Infrastructure, including platforms and services like Azure and Office 365
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure to align goals and objectives with business outcomes
• Manage MS Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and resources, including creation, updates, and deletions as necessary
• Configure MS Azure virtual machines (VMs) for optimal performance and security, covering storage, networking, and security settings
• Administer MS Azure identity and access management (IAM), including user, group, and role management, and implementation of conditional access policies
• Implement Azure Backup for on-premises servers with appropriate retention policies for data management
• Configure MS Azure Site Recovery (ASR) to enable disaster recovery (DR) for on-premises workloads, including servers, VMs, and applications
• Manage Office 365 subscriptions, licenses, and users, including creation, updates, and deletions as needed
• Configure Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
• Manage Office 365/M365 security and compliance settings, such as data loss prevention (DLP) policies, eDiscovery, and retention policies
• Administer M365 identity and access management (IAM), including user, group, and role management, and implementation of conditional access policies
• Oversee the management and security of on-premises and cloud-based data centers, including virtual and physical environments (ESXi VMWare
• VCenter, Hyper-V Clustering, HP, DELL, IBM, Huawei HCI Servers)
• Ensure company data is protected using Symantec Exec and Veeam Backup for on-site and off-site backups
• Manage VMware vSphere ESX and ESXi hypervisors, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Administer VMware virtual machines (VMs), including creation, cloning, and deletion, as well as configuration of virtual hardware, networking, and storage
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Server, File Server, System Center, and Exchange Servers, including capacity planning and disaster recovery solutions
• Promote security awareness and training, enforce security policies, and safeguard infrastructure against breaches
• Configure and manage SANs (Huawei OceanStor, HP 3PAR, IBM Storage) for optimal data performance and availability
• Plan and deploy disaster recovery solutions, tape backup infrastructure, and Azure Site Recovery for business continuity
• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), focusing on monitoring and controlling applications, services, servers, and networks
• Configure and manage Exchange Office 365, including integration with Mimecast Email Security and implementation of anti-spoofing, anti-spam, and URL protection policies
• Configure and manage Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions, including virtual machine and data backup jobs, tape infrastructure backup, and external repository solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Developed strong communication and organizational skills through working on group projects.

• Collaborated with teams in disaster planning, network backup, and recovery process monitoring.

• Installation of Network Infrastructure to Client Company According to AMZ

• Providing Technical Support to End User in Multiple companies regarding Desktop, Server & Network issue.
• Installation of Data Center (Desktop & Server Machine) to Client Company & Providing Technical Support according AMZ.

• Support a large number of users (600+) across three sites, including remote users. Encompassing a range of skills within the Windows and Mac based integrated systems, servers & laptops
• Routinely sole point of contact and support for desktop, server or services related problems
• Responsible for delivering highly available and diversified kind of Services including Back office Services, Encoders, Play out Server, On-Air Graphics Servers, ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains), News Management System etc
• Developed various SOPs, Standard Policy and Procedure manuals, such as:
Installation manual for Desktop Support, Server and Business Applications Support
Installation and disaster recovery for News Management, ERP & On-Air Graphics System
• Developed and implemented various procedures using forms. Such as Software Installation Form, System Activity Form, Daily Systems checklist and Incident Report Form (to ensure the overall services availability)
• Responsible for administration & routine maintenance of various kind of servers including Dell PowerEdge 1950, Dell PowerEdge 2950, Dell PowerVault MD1000, HP Proliant DL380 G5, Rushwork NAS, Apple XServe, Apple XRAID, Apple MacPro G5.
Providing First Level Desktop Support to a Windows and Apple based Heterogeneous & Integrated Environment (with 250+ nodes) Including:
Installation, Troubleshooting of Operating Systems (both Windows and MAC), routing office software and Business Applications as per policies and procedures.
Providing Hardware Support, Diagnosis and Troubleshooting for desktop systems, NAS, and Rushworks Broadcast Machines and equipments.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of routine back office services.
Periodic Inventory updates and System health checks.
Setup & integration of On-Air Graphics Application and its modules (Beehive’s WASP 1.3.2)
