Job Responsibilities:
Enforces policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse &logistic operations under SAP
Ensures assigned associates have the tools and resources necessary to carry-out position responsibilities
Reviews performance of direct reports May assist with recruiting and establishing performance expectations
Trains associates on a variety of position related processes, procedures, and tasks
Always make sure with warehouse Manager to deliveries and keys deliveries into the appropriate system.
Manages and maintains warehouse material handling equipment including warehouse fleet.
Enforces, monitors, and evaluates associates against safety procedures
Planning, coordinating and leading periodic physical count of inventory with the help of WM...Assists with inventory of parts to verify accuracy of location and quantity.
FIFO System - Arrangement of delivery per expiry date priority
Making sure of goods proper receipt received evaluation UAC… quantity & conditions of goods received from suppliers / branches / customers S / International (Affiliates) if any Discrepancy (Follow Up) - and taking actions with proper departments on shortage, incompleteness or damaged goods immediately
Arranging weekly meeting with Warehouse and Logistic Team to ensure smooth operations
Reporting directly to General Manager K.S.A &Bahrain.
Job Description:
Responsible for the day to day operations in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Overseeing the recruitment of new sales& retail staff.
Responsible for training and induction programs for new staff members.
Ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in all branches.
Working closely with visual merchandisers.
Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, and cash control and store expenditure.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
Attending and chairing meetings with Area Mnagers, Store Managers,
Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.
Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general.
Marketed the company by organizing fashion shows and special promotional events

Job Profile:
Assigned charge of developing and maintenance of good business relationship with corporate customers to ensure steady flow of business resulting in greater revenue generation for the organization.
