German Foundation for World Population (DSW) an international NGO based in Germany, promoting and implementing Population, Environment and Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health programs through Youth to Youth Model as coordinator of this Youth to Youth Program. The program is being carried out in partner with local partners and youth clubs (most of them are Fistula and anti HIV/AIDS clubs) disbursed all over the country. Major duties and responsibilities among others include:-

Consortium of Christian Relief Development Association (CCRDA). CCRDA is an umbrella organization for NGOs that facilitates, coordinate and support the work of its members. Currently CCRDA has 348 members (all NGOs). These member agencies are engaged in diverse activities covering broad areas ranging from simple service delivery to project funding, action research and capacity building. CCRDA also execute different development programs in collaboration with local and international organizations. One of such programs is the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) funded Program. The program has been implemented by 22 project implementing partners focusing on HIV/AIDS and Environment and Natural Resource Protection in seven regions of the country. As program officer of this program, I perform the following main activities in collaboration with the program coordinator:-

Actively involve in project development process
Appraise project proposals of partner organizations;
Ensure documentation of all relevant documents and best practices;
Organize and coordinate capacity building trainings to members of project implementing partners
Conduct field level monitoring/mentoring service
Prepare narrative and financial report
Assist the program coordinator as required
