on a weekly basis to the clients and consultants to discuss the progress updates
•Assisting the PM, QS and Contracts Department in identifying, evaluating and submitting all potential variations & claims.
•Preparation of notice of delays to the subcontractors, consultants and clients as needed for all projects.
•Preparation of claims and EOTs as needed for all projects.
•Attending and addressing contractual/planning matters with Clients & Consultants claims, E.O.T
•Monitoring and controlling the progress on site via weekly site visits
•Weekly meetings with subcontractors to monitor and control the completion dates of the projects
•Coordination, control and constant communication with all the respective departments, including the Project manager, construction managers, project team, procurement, QS, QA/QC, technical and contracts departments to ensure all the project specifications have been met and project is completed on time
•Reviewing project main contract conditions to identify risks / deficiencies in contract conditions and documents.
