• Implement strategies for SESP's Academic quality, and work with the management team to implement SESP's wider business plan. Report in a timely way on SESP's overall performance.
• Monitor academic processes within the institution to ensure SESP delivers student satisfaction and sound educational outcomes.
• Establish systems for and oversee the implementation of processes to register new trainees to SESP, ensuring that other administrative requirements for attendance are adequately fulfilled.
• Receive requests for and oversee the processing of all logistical requirements associated with courses being developed and implemented at SESP to ensure that the requirements of trainees, instructors and staff are met, as per TNA objectives including production of training course materials and the procurement of relevant training supplies in conjunction with TVTC.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Information Technology System for effective Curriculum Development, Learning Management System (LMS) and other IT support systems.
• Establish, develop, review and monitor policies and procedures consistent with the objectives of SESP
• Ensure smooth operation of all health and safety aspects of SESP in coordination with Health and Safety Committee.
• Monitor, coordinate and liaise with all SESP Sub-Contractors including food services, campus security, telecommunications, recreation, janitorial and play grounds in coordination with respective Supervisory Staff.
• Foster and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders and promote SESP including participating in the sustainability of SESP and its environs.
• ASQ, ACCET, NCTVAA, QWCAP and SQAF accreditation team leader and coordinator.
Achievement:
• Development of Solar design and installation programs that accredited by KACARE.
• All SESP training 45 programs have already applied for SAQF accreditation and levellization.
• Institutional accreditation by NCTVAA (National Center for Technical and vocational Assessment and Accreditation)
• All SESP Programs were accredited for 3 years by ACCET.
• Developed and approved by TVTC 19 two years programs and 26 one year programs.
• All SESP training centers approved as testing centers for ARAMCO-CWQAP skills assessment exam for 6 Crafts (Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, Machinist, Metal Fabricator and Metal
• 12 of two years programs were approved by Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) at level 7.
Responsibilities
The structuring and staffing of the PEFM to render world class services in the area of Integrated facilities management including the ability to manage and monitor the services to:
• Assure best in-class cost to Energya Cables plants.
• Assure best-in-class profitability to Energya Cables.
• The development of a platform to integrate the management of services at facilities with a minimum capability to manage and monitor service contracts, maintenance service operations, spare parts stores, labor schedules and budget.
• The establishment of a plant engineering services function capable of analyzing operating sites and developing engineering solutions to a wide array of issues and applications ranging from utilities to infrastructure to process machinery.
• The management of the assets of PEFM to maximize asset utilization while preserving the life of the assets.

(1) Performance enhancement of gas turbines by inlet air-cooling in hot and humid climate (2007).
(2) Thermoeconomic optimization of the geometry of an air conditioning precooling air reheater dehumidifier (2008).
(3) Superheated Steam Condensation of Medical waste treatment (2008).
Funded Projects
• Boosting Gas Turbine Power during the hot humid climate of the western region in KSA (2010).
• Development of an Air-Conditioning and Energy Storage Package Module for use in schools and office buildings in Saudi Arabia (2009).
• Using thermal energy storage systems for reducing building’s air conditioning power consumption, Grant No. W, M, K-K 4001, Ministry of Water and Electricity, KSA, 2007.
• Air coolers to improve gas turbines power output in hot summer days in the kingdom, Grant No.102/425 KAU, KSA, 2005.
• Ice Storage System for the Air-Conditioning Plant of Al-Haram Holy Mosque, Grant No.108/424 KAU, KSA, 2004.
a)-Jeddah College of Technology, Dept of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Assistant Professor, responsibilities were: Teaching the following Subjects: Thermodynamics, Principles of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Air Conditioning system and equipment, Refrigeration material technology, Computer application in Refrigeration and air conditioning, Analysis of refrigeration cycles and labs experiment.
(b)-APV Australia Pty Ltd Consultant: Project Management, Refrigeration, A/C and Process Engineering.
The responsibilities were:
