1) Monitoring & evaluation of 43 retail outlets called Jazz Service Points.
2) Responsible for recruiting of Jazz Service Representatives
3) Supervising a team of 43 Jazz Service Representatives-JSRs
4) Responsible for achievement of monthly targets of each key account (JSPs) and Mobile JSP’s.
5) Responsible for training and motivation of all Jazz service representatives.
6) Implementation of promotional policies on all these key accounts through representatives.
7) Planning Kiosk, stall activities and events on rush areas to boost the sales.
8) Implementation of Mobilink policies and procedures on retail outlets JSP’s and Mobile JSP’s.
9) Developing and monitoring jazz service points for high impact customer care and sales
10) Regular visits to JSP’s for maintaining and monitoring the standards set by Mobilink
11) Identification and development of new jazz service points in different locations
12) Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction & retentions at JSP’s
13) Arranging monthly meeting of Jazz Service Representatives for better handling of issues
14) Evaluation of all the Jazz Service representatives (JSRs).
