As HR Manager Fish Harbour:
Achieved the mission of uplifting the unit (Fish Harbour- A Govt commercial project) from long losing concern to a profitable one as Manager HR & Administration.
Administered the unit comprising 24 officers and 100 workers which had an exportable sea fish processing giant plant, two slipway for deep sea fishing trawlers, a dockyard of repairing those trawlers, a basin of 50 trawlers securing capacity, an ice making plant, a primary school, a mosque, 150 industrial plots for fishery development, living accommodation for officers and workers and transportation of personnel across the river.
Controlled all the commercial activities of the unit including industrial plot developing, leasing/take over, preparing deed of agreements for lease, maintaining accounts, resolving long lasting legal issues with leased companies, local community issue handling etc.
Formulated activities of the unit to maximize profit utilizing existing accessible resources.
