Maintain Bank accounts information and update to reflect any changes.
Prepare weekly cash forecasts to group treasury.
Online Bank processing, including all related transactions.
Maintaining of day to day banking functions, including Bank Reconciliation Statement.

Support month end process by providing finance support for accountants (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations) and provide audit support.
Prepare inter-company invoices and work with legal department to ensure relevant arrangements are in place.

Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customer’s accounts.
Improves quality service by recommending improved processes, identifying new product and service applications.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Continuously monitoring the stock available in the store.
Taking the stock count on daily basis through PDA and entering in the computer and informing to the store manager about the stock. Which we need to order.
Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward.

Forecasting and auditing of allotted funds for 54 sectors.
Maintenance of records for higher officials for 5 consecutive years.
Allocation of payrolls, salaries, increments and bonuses for approximately 200 employees.
Handled a project of National Rural Health Mission for 4 years of RS 2, 50, 00, 000 INR per year.
Maintaining all books of Accounts up to finalization.
Dealing with Bank and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation of Vouchers, maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book and Ledgers and all day-to-day accounts related jobs.
Monitoring payable & Receivable review and finalize monthly collection reports.
Assisting in Preparation of cash book & record books quarterly, Half yearly & annually.
Make sure that, all the expenses are accounted against each order.
Manage distribution of Funds and collections of accounts.
