SOW: Revitalisation of all facilities in terms of Mechanical Work, Civil Work, Electrical Work, & Instrument Work. Job Description:
• Prepare estimation class 1-4 using risk analysis model with Monte Carlo Simulation.
• Standardization and develop process flow Work Breakdown Structure integrated with Cost Breakdown Structure.
• Provide inputs to prepare the dashboard for cost monitoring.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Flow Process Cost Estimating & Implementation Quality System

* Cost analysis, cost controls and reporting activities for Capital and non-Capital projects.
* Organize, monitor and control project costs.
* Maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts
* Use statistical tools to analyze costs metrics and perform risk analysis.
* Collects, monitors, analyzes and reports all cost information through the Project Manager.
* Review and analyze all claims and Change Orders on project contracts
* Provides all cost engineering expertise and coordinates activities as group/unit leader as required in preparation of cost portion of the engineering, procurement and construction contracts

* Develops the estimate based on collected contractual data, financial requirements, and the scope of work and services.
* Analyzes specifications, including scope documents, drawings, bills of material, and historical data, and calculates project costs using labor and material pricing schedules.
* Prepares the estimate by the work breakdown structure and code of accounts. Maintains close contact with and provides the necessary input to planning and scheduling.
* Works closely with cost controllers to monitor project costs and produces preliminary cost curves for client information.
* Evaluates scope changes, contract values, cost trends impacts, field order, and trade-off studies.
* Responsible for preparing conceptual, definitive, total installed cost estimates covering all elements of a project

• Prepare/Provide and review the bid evaluation for the presentation to management.
• Assist in determining and provide both construction equipment and manpower requirements.
• Controlling to insure proper cost coding of source documentation (timecards, WO’s, subcontracts, etc).
• Maintains records of budget estimates and commitments to ensure adherence to budget fund.
• Monitor coordinate and report progress to management during work execution on a weekly basis.
• Reporting project cost budgets, commitments, forecast, actual cost, and expenditure and cost variance.
• Assist project controls group in assessing cost & progress data.
• Measuring and report progress during all project phases, carrying out site visits as required.
• Monitoring cost and analyzes and report deviation from plan, especially those that are not obvious in plan.
• Responsible for the implementation of cost control subsystem by updating budgets to reflect the latest information and adjust project requirements as required
• Review and process change orders and claims submitted by the contractors to ensure that they are valid, accurate, and factual and in accordance with the contract documents to minimize cost exposure to cost and schedule impact
