●Guide pharmacy technician for preparation of TPN( total parenteral nutrition), concentrated electrolyte, iv antibiotic, other iv medication under aseptic techniques as per standard intravenous dilution guidelines.
●Reporting of adverse drug reactions and Incident reports whenever required.
●Monthly checking of crash cart and anaphylactic kit in out patient clinic and in patient ward.
●Inspection of out patient clinic and in patient wards for floor stock medicine checking as per MMU( medication management and use) policies of hospital.

Completed Bachelor degree in pharmacy from Calicut University, a four year course based on pharmacology
