Manage Operations of the Company including Sales, Marketing & Procurement,
o Fixing the Targets to Sales & Marketing Teams
o Coordinating the procurement activities & maintaining the inventories.
o Coordinating the works of Sales & Marketing Teams & Fixing their Targets
o Coordinating the various Business Meets with Clients (in house & Outdoor)
 Promoting the Companies Activities
 Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures

 Work closely with GM and Management team to set and/or implement policies.

Planning, Coordinating & Controlling the Sales
b. Managing Sales in Local, GCC Market
c. Collecting Quotation & Tenders from the Companies
d. Coordinating the purchase of various materials like Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Products, Medical, Stationeries & Office Supplies, Chemical & Lubes, & other various Products..etc
e. Coordinating the work with the Shipping Clients-Ship Owners/Agents.
f. Managing Sales & Procurement Staffs
g. Negotiating with Supplier
h. Coordinating Business Meet with Clients & Suppliers

A Member in Central Procurement Committee, Managing Procurement
Staffs
o Assisting HR Department for Recruitment, Member in Interview Board
o Collecting Quotation & Tenders from the Companies, Negotiating with Supplier.
o Coordinating the work of Front Office with the Medical & NonMedical Teams.
o Coordinating Doctors with Administration Teams.
o Organizing various Medical-Non Medical Meeting for the staffs.
o Coordinating Various Training to the Staffs.
o Coordinating works of PRO’s & Social Worker teams.
o Organizing various Medical Camps in and out of Hospital.
