• Review Interim Payment Applications and certification
• Administration and Issuance of Variation orders under the Contract.
• Assist in assessing, evaluation and making recommendations related to
any financial claim and providing the necessary input with regards to
settling such claims.
• Drafting responses to the Contractors daily correspondences and notices in coordination with site teams, issuing Engineers Instructions as per the contract provisions.
• Reviewing Contractors Extension of Time (EOT) Claim.
• Advising and explaining the terms and conditions to site teams and
interested parties.
◦ Ensuring the correct compliance of contractual rights and obligations with Contractors planning and commercial teams, ensuring all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
◦ Attending Contractors Progress, Commercial meetings for a proper sort out of issues regarding project progress and commercial issues.
◦ Maintain digital records such as payment, variation and claim logs etc.

• Preparation of interim Payment applications.
• Preparation of variation cost proposals, Rate analysis and claims.
• Drafting Contractual letters, issuing notices under the contract provisions.
• Preparing EOT claims.
• Preparation of subcontractors final accounts.
• Finalization of variation orders, back charges and claims with subcontractors.
• Preparation of BOQ and drafting agreements for subcontract.
• Administering Variations/ Claims, cost impact assessments, and commercial reports.
• Issuing Notices/ Correspondences to the Subcontractors.
• Conduct risk analysis for cost overruns and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support the Project Manager and Project team with information to execute the project on time and within the budget allocated.
• Monitoring monthly cash flow reports and updates as appropriate.
• Attending Progress, Commercial meetings for a proper sort out of issues regarding project progress and commercial issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and pricing Change Orders and consulting with the Client and Contractor as necessary.
• Ensuring the correct compliance of contractual rights and obligations with Contractors planning and commercial teams, ensuring all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.

• Reviewing the drawings and take off Quantities.
• Preparing and updating measurement sheets for Interim Payment Applications (IPA) preparation.
• Preparing Interim Payment Applications (IPA), Variations etc.
• Preparing monthly cash flow reports and updated as appropriate.
• Support the Project team with information to execute the project in time and within the budget allocated.
