 Maintaining specifically assigned project database/s.
 Ensuring proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
 Preparation of RFI/CVI and other documents in order to receive clarification to verbal instructions.
 Coordinating with all activities including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
 Inputting document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
 Maintaining updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
 Maintaining the files and control logs as required by the project.
