Working as a Unit Manager where I was responsible for overseeing daily team operations, coordinating sales activities, recruiting and mentoring team members, and ensuring achievement of performance targets. The role involved customer relationship management, selling insurance products, handling client inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service, communication, leadership, and teamwork in a fast-paced work environment.

I served as the first point of contact for clients, handled customer inquiries professionally, coordinated services and quotations, converted inquiries into customers through effective communication, and supported front-office administrative operations while strengthening customer service and relationship management skills.

I assisted in project evaluations, data collection and analysis using SPSS and Stata, prepared reports, supported monitoring and evaluation activities, and collaborated with teams on research and policy evaluation projects while presenting findings to management.
