• Hit 12 Million AED Sales - Exceeding Sales target of 6 Million AED by 100% (Top Performer among a peer set of 9) in 2016 including orders for complete ELV package for Hilton Hotel in Jaddaf, Dubai Municipality project in Awir, Hotel & hotel Apartment buildings in Mankhool

• Creating new accounts & orders for BMTS, inspite of their extensive list of clients & long history in UAE, like Khamas group, Lootah Group, Al Abbar Group thereby increasing market share of BMTS

Responsibilities Include:

• Account manager for major clients such as ADNOC, Anel Emirates, Alstom, ETA, BK Gulf, Al Futtaim, Drake & Scull Contractors, and Consultants.
• Promoting Company’s services and products.
• Making regular visit to clients to build close working relationships, gather information, leads and opportunities.
• Conduct product presentation to clients, close follow up of progress of offers made, leading to order awarding.
• Monitor competitor activities and compare with own to improve.
• Gather information on issues, operational problems, product feedback, and product performance feedback from clients.
• Maintain close coordination with Vendor, explore partnering and cost reduction.
• Preparing weekly activity report and itinerary for the following week.
• Preparing technical & commercial sales proposals

Key Achievements Include:

• Finalizing order worth 200, 000AED for lighting fixtures for DP World.
• Finalizing order for cable accessories over 100, 000AED for Anel Emirates for Abudhabi Airport Project.
• Finalizing orders over 200, 000AED for cable accessories with Danway, Alstom, Al Futtaim, ETA for the Al Sufouh Transit System Project (Dubai Tram).
• Getting approval for complete range of products for the first time for the company through Drake & Scull for Automatic People Mover Project (Dubai Airport) after several attempts by various stakeholders & finalizing an initial order worth 100, 000AED.

• Co-ordination with Production Team so as facilitate timely order execution.
• Providing Technical Support for Quote submission.
• Interacting with technical team to analyze the requirement of customer.
• Preparing technical document for submitting bids to various project.
• Interaction with local as well as international clients and vendors regarding technical specifications.
• Coordination with almost all the battery vendors for various projects.
• Preparation of technical data sheets as per client requirement (Customized UPS).
• Providing end to end technical support to the sales and marketing team enabling them to achieve the targets.
• Having the knowledge & handling multiple projects at the same time & knowing the stage of each project under production.
