BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• Tracking upcoming project updates and informations on new Govt. tender announcements following different websites and portals.
• Budgetary cost evaluation for new business set up, introduction of foreign Co. to Kuwait and managing marketing and brand promotional activities for market penetration.

• Assess marketing opportunities and target markets, industry research on customers and competitors, generate sales leads, follow-up on sales activity, and conduct formal proposal or presentation management.
BIDS & PROPOSALS:
• Preparation of Pre-Qualification documents for upcoming Bids & Tenders.
• Responsible to draft Proposals/Emails/Letters/Faxes for Clients.
• Follow up with Suppliers and Sub-Contractors for Price Quotations & T & Cs.
• Successfully completed Pre-Qualification Submission for KOC, KNPC, KOTC & KGOC - for Local Manpower Recruitment/Supplies.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Ongoing Project Management for US Army Base, Oil and Gas & Shipping projects.
• Analyzing the manpower strength and various categories of required staff at project site.
• Identifying the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
• Co-ordinate with various dept. to ensure smooth functioning of recruitment of new manpower, Sponsorship transfer, Invoicing & Salary disbursements back in India & Kuwait.
• Co-ordinate with Life Support Service facility team for smooth operation.
• Access Badge & Gate Pass tracking of restricted operation areas & renewal with PRO Team.
• Scheduling and delegating administrative tasks, daily meetings & briefing with team.
• Handling & addressing Client Grievances as well as ensuring the prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations with them and ensuring the work dedication by subordinates.
• Fully Aware with Kuwait Rules & Regulations related to MOSAL, Visa File Opening, Visa Processing & Endorsement, Renewals, Leave Policies, and Benefits etc.
