 Responsible for planning and executing production of M.E.P modular racks as per the approved drawings, materials and the delivery schedule.
 Responsible for Safety and Quality Operations of Modular Factory.
 Responsible for the asset management of factory.
 Successfully completed modular production for One at Palm and Anwa tower projects in Dubai.
 To ensure all the 25 employees comply with HSE policy and safety operating procedures are followed on the shop floor.
 Planning the daily labor requirements for production based on the production plan.
 Ensuring safety stocks of raw materials are maintained and month end inventory targets are met.
 Ensuring all the production operations in fabrication and assembly meet customer specifications and maintaining OTIF above 98%.
 Ensuring all scrap and rework activities is continuously reduced by following 5S principles by 15%.
 Ensuring all equipment and employees has minimal downtime through facilities planning and reducing it by 10%.
 Ensuring all raw materials is delivered on time and to required quality standards by coordinating with the Procurement team.
 Ensuring cost exceed/meet company budgets through improving the product mix while planning.
 Coordinate with site teams for materials and Job Orders.
 Conducting weekly toolbox talks as per HSE standards.

 Responsible for the Production, Safety and Quality Operations of Resin, Sealant and Admixture Plants.
 Ensure the integrity of the production plan is maintained and the date committed by production planner is not deviated from.
 Increase the overall productivity by reducing the overall labor hours.
 Coordinate with the Supply chain department to ensure the raw materials are available to avoid delays in the Production
 Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure all mixers are in working condition and the weekly maintenance schedule is adhered to.
 Coordinate with the Distribution and Customer Service Department and push the products to ensure low inventory is maintained.
 Responsible for the monthly and yearly stock take, and ensure that any discrepancies in the stocks is addressed and corrected.
 Responsible for handling a team of 50 people.
 Responsible for segregating inflammable and non- inflammable raw materials and ensuring safe disposal of waste water and adhering with the company’s HSE policy to ensure the safety of the people on the shop floor by making sure all the workers are using Personal Protective equipment.
 Liaising with suppliers of packaging materials.

 Responsible for planning production in the resin, admixture and sealant plant and increasing the overall productivity of the plant by introducing automated filling lines, hence reducing filling times and ensuring the production target is met.
 Maintaining the inventory low through JIT.
 Created a weekly production plan by conducting an ABC analysis by using sales data for the past 12 months.
 Issuing, picking and posting of batch cards on Microsoft Dynamics.
