Receive all the goods for the orders placed and confirm that the goods.
are received in good condition
2- Inform the Finance if the goods are damaged and short
3- Maintain a log for all the goods received and issued
4- Maintain a stock count of all the goods and make a reorder as and when necessary by contacting the concerned staff.
5- Raise requisitions in the system after receiving the documents approved by the concerned GM.
6- Maintain the stores and optimum utilization of the space available.
7- Do the receiving in the system for the goods received by him.
8- Periodic physical verification of the stock on hand and Liaise with the purchasing department for the delivery of goods.
9- Update the inventory daily.
