Managing the company Projects and responding to RFP.


Developed new project management plan & scope statement, and received the approval.

Met & discussed with functional managers, and recommended the project team.

Responsible for proposing and gaining agreement to the Security and Service Management strategies.

Responsible for the development and the implementation of Service Management .

Manage external suppliers engaged in approved projects.

Develop, implement and maintain a Service Level Management process that includes a Service Catalogue, Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and regular service reviews with the customers.

Ensure that Service Continuity plan is developed, implemented, tested and maintained.

Ensure that the performance of Service Management team staff is appraised and assessed in accordance with agreed standards, procedures and timetables and that the results of assessments are correctly reported back to those being appraised.

Represent the Head of Company on working groups and at other meetings as required

Plan the annual capital and revenue budget requirements.

Plan the reporting of the performance management system

* Managing the Telecom Projects and responding to IVR/CTI RFP’s.
* Supporting Pre sales team and providing technical guidance to the team.
* Preparing IVR/CTI functional specifications, IVR/CTI technical proposals and IVR call flow diagrams.
* Developing MPS applications.
* Handling the installation and configuration of MPS 500.



* Telecom professional with over 6 years of experience in Development, System Integration, Pre-sales, Project Management & Technical Services in IT industry; currently researching on, “Nortel IVR Systems and call center”.
* Presently associated as Sr. System Eng. And project manager with National DataServe & Turnkey Solutions Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
* Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives
* Adept in handling the complete project operations entailing planning, resource utilization, and maintenance and manpower management.
* Proficient in reviewing technical design specifications for proposed solution(s); ensuring proposed design(s) will not affect delivery of data services.
* Possess sound knowledge of:
o VOIP technologies and voice applications.
o Negotiation and management of vendors.
o Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
* Deft in design and implementation of infrastructure for VOIP and related services.
* Exposure of working on technologies ranging from Telecom Technologies, Web Centric Technologies and Client-Server Applications.
* Ability to combine project & staff management with technical expertise to consistently exceed corporate goals.
