• To create a strategic plane for short term project considering SWOT to make
sure convert in to long term relationship with the client.
• prepare for interviews, assist with resumes, cover letters, manage salary
negotiation, advise clients on employment issues, stay up to date with labor
laws.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do
not turn to competition, acquire a thorough understanding of key customer
needs and requirements
• Recruiting candidates to fill open job positions at our clients' businesses and
organizations. We match candidates to our clients based on the person's
experience, education, and qualifications.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing
solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a
timely manner.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal
operations teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting
relationships
• Managing employee mobilizations and demobilizations, timesheets,
vacation/exit requests, payroll queries etc. and delegating it to the concerned
depts. internally.
• Keeping updated track of visa status (Iqama Visa/Work Visit Visa/Business
Visas) of employees and follow up with clients and Key Account Managers to
proceed for visa renewals or exit.
• Compliance of necessary documents for processing visa, invitation letter in
coordination with candidate/client (s).
• Ensuring all visa applications are processed within set timeline and follow up
with concerned visa issuing authority to assist with the process.
• Good knowledge in Government related legal documents like CR, Chamber of
Commerce Certificate, Ajeer, Muqeem & GOSI certificates etc
• To prepare & manage master data of all employees working under the Key
clients.
• Ensure that the Team is updating the records on daily basis and resolving the
employee’s grievance.
Conduct investigations of employees for disciplinary matters, write reports
regarding the investigations and make discipline recommendations in
consultation with the Head of Corporate-HR.
• Ensure the smooth operations of all outsourced facilities management
services such as maintenance, security, catering, travel, insurance, etc.
• Monitoring SLAs being achieved internally by other depts. and notifying
management accordingly to maintain Key clients and employee satisfaction
• Facilitate regular employee feedback, organize meetings, counselling &
ensure problem resolution
• Addressing client inquiries and direct it to the concerned dept &follow up
/monitor until the query is resolved.
