Brief: To analyze the impact of the introduction of a new channel of sale.

 Evaluated the performance of the new channel of sale (GDS).

 Analyzed the effects of the new channel on the performance of existing sales channels and identified sectors where the impact had been positive and sectors where it had been negative.

 Identified root causes for the impact in affected sectors.

 Recommended distribution strategies to be implemented on the impacted sectors.

Brief: To develop a business proposal for restructuring sales channels.

 Developed a business proposal for implementing insourcing in the various sales channels.

• Worked with the Regional Head & SVP of the Sales and Distribution department for developing the proposal.

• Engaged with the Finance, HR and Sales functions for data analysis and end to end process requirements.

 Evaluated the impact on productivity of the sales staff and on the revenues and expenses of the bank.

 Developed a scenario analysis, leveraging experiences and best practices from Citi AsiaPac markets, and compared it with existing outsourced models by changing assumptions on productivity and expenses.

 Recommended a structure of partial insourcing based on analysis done.

Job Profile:

 Led the testing efforts of a 6 member team involved in the development of new features for an application that helps to maintain and reward Microsoft’s business partners, who together account for 95% of Microsoft’s revenue.

 Developed a Proof of Concept (POC) that helped in securing a project worth $10 million in revenues.

 Worked closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts in Microsoft for new application features and to optimize performance of applications.

 Extensively interacted with clients spread across various time zones and global locations.

 Experienced in database management systems (Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL Server) and testing tools.

 Technically proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and .NET technologies.
